What a session entails

Kinesiology sessions often involve exploring personal goals, beliefs, and aspirations, allowing individuals to gain deeper insights into themselves and their life's purpose. This self-awareness can be empowering and transformative, leading to greater fulfillment and happiness.Sessions are usually 90 minutes which entails:

1.     Intake and Assessment:  I gather your medical history, current health concerns, lifestyle, and goals – this allows the treatment to be individually tailored.

 2.     Goal Setting: We collaboratively discuss your goals for the session and overall wellness objectives. These goals may include improving physical performance, reducing stress, relieving pain, enhancing energy levels, or achieving emotional balance.

 3.     Muscle Testing: Muscle testing involves gentle pressure on muscles and is a key component of kinesiology consultations. This helps identify areas of weakness, imbalance, or energy blockages in the body.

 4.     Identifying Imbalances: Based on the results of muscle testing and other assessment techniques, I identify areas of imbalance in your physical, emotional, or energetic systems. This may involve exploring factors such as nutritional deficiencies, structural misalignments, emotional stressors, or energy imbalances.

 5.     Balancing Techniques: Once imbalances are identified,  I use various kinesiology techniques to restore balance and promote healing. These techniques may include acupressure, crystals and chakra healing, overcoming limited beliefs, emotional stress release, energy balancing, or other modalities tailored to your needs.

 6.     Feedback and Integration: Throughout the session, you will receive feedback about your body's responses to the balancing techniques. This feedback helps you become more aware of your body's signals and facilitates the integration of positive changes.

 7.     Empowerment and Education: As part of the consultation, I provide guidance and education to empower you to take an active role in your own health and well-being. This may include recommendations for lifestyle changes, exercises, self-care practices, or additional resources to support their goals.

 8.     Follow-Up and Support: Depending on your needs and goals, follow-up sessions may be recommended to further support their progress and address any ongoing concerns. I may also offer ongoing support, guidance, and resources to help you maintain your health and vitality between sessions.
